For each additional hour $ 50

Carpets & upholstery get done on-site, while area rugs get picked up and then delivered a couple days later. $50/room is based on wall-to-wall carpet. Area rugs are $1.10/sqf, upholstery is $40/seat and steps are $3/step. $150 minimum applies to all jobs. **Special treatments or excessive cleaning will be quoted on site and explained because not all cleanings are of equal measure**
